Return and Refund Policy

At Piney Branch Meats & Mercantile, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

Meat and Perishable Products
All sales of meat and other perishable products are final & not eligible for return or exchange.  If your product is spoiled or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. 

Non-Food Merchandise
Non-food merchandise may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
Refunds will be issued as store credit. 

All Other Food Products
All sales of non-perishable food items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale and Discounted Items
All sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
